The Daniella's Steakhouse which is the restaurant in the hotel is just the best. I took the tenderloin tips which a cup o Stag, cabernet Sauvignon which I recommend. Brian offered me a A1 service as a bartender and, his colleague Ally was super freindly, smiley, funny and, kind. I really feel like a usual known costumer and, I think it's the key to offer an awesome experience for the guests. The bed and the temperature in the room were perfect. I definitely will come back. We liked it was close to the fair. We walked back one of the times we went, did the walk in less than 15 minutes. We also liked how clean everything was, the slight chemical smell of clean was nice during these times. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and free breakfast was good.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is really good. Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, bread, fruits and everything. Everything is good and it is from 7 to 10 am. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were able to move our stay a day later without any additional charges. I recommend this hotel.

It's convenient and easy to get to. There's a good restaurant on premises, although it was fully booked on Total Eclipse Day. Generally the rates are good compared to similar facilities.

The hotel was clean and my room was ready when I arrived. Staff at the front desk were friendly. I only stayed one night as we were only visiting Syracuse for the day. I do recommend eating at the steakhouse in the building. The food was really good - there were so many apps that I would have loved to try, the menu is fantastic.

Very close to the fairgrounds and shopping plaza. The rooms were clean and spacious with good size bathrooms. The breakfast was good, the reception was friendly

The property is definitely renovated and clean. The staff could be more happy but we had no issues with them. It smelt very strong of cleaning supplies when you walk in but overall not a bad place considering the price. Breakfast was decent for a grab and go
